Functional Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Program Analyst, you are responsible for providing senior staff recommendations for E-6B related initiatives. Responsibilities include providing sustainment, acquisition, and financial expertise for the E-6B Mercury strategic airborne command post aircraft supporting the MSA IPTL. Tasking includes creating, managing, and reporting procurement, financial, and contractual performance of assigned E-6B Mission Systems Architecture and related projects. The position would be responsible directly to IPTs within MSA in tracking of readiness and sustainment requirements for current fleet need/demand as well as tracking and developing future requirements that impact mission systems. Apply knowledge and expertise in continuous process improvement environment to track performance to plan aligned with program office efforts.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description with at least 3 of those years analyzing budgets.
