Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in DoD acquisition.
• Or bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in DoD acquisition.
• Or 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in DoD acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Advise on courses of action for program IPTs based on current program status and documented program goals and milestones.
• Assess the priority of IPT activities and development projects to optimize tasks and workload.
• Apply knowledge of business and industry acquisition management practices and the use of equipment, products, and property.
• Consolidate and provide program information and acquisition data from a variety of sources, including performance data, requirements data, training data, cost data, and schedule data.
• Identify opportunities to automate the consolidation of program and acquisition data wherever possible.
• Analyze program information and acquisition data to support execution strategies, program planning, and decision-making.
• Support IPTs and acquisition programs by monitoring program status against established goals and milestones.
• Maintain and monitor contract budget databases and associated financial and acquisition information.
• Maintain and monitor Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaRS) data.
• Support the Automated Business Service System and Request and Authorization for In-Scope Tasks processes.
• Review and monitor Earned Value Management (EVM) reports in support of program and contract execution.
• Support program documentation through established document approval and routing procedures.
• Provide senior-level program analysis and technical/professional expertise in support of program office, enterprise, and staff-level activities.
• Oversee and support the efforts of junior and journeyman contractor personnel within the technical/professional discipline, as required.

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Program Analyst Senior to support the program office by providing advanced program analysis and recommendations for execution strategies related to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and acquisition programs. The successful candidate will analyze program status, goals, milestones, priorities, acquisition data, budgets, schedules, and performance information to support program execution and informed decision-making. This position requires extensive experience with DoD acquisition and Life Cycle Management (LCM) program execution, acquisition management practices, program data consolidation, contract budget monitoring, and document approval and routing procedures. The Program Analyst Senior will also provide senior-level expertise and oversight in support of complex program office, enterprise, and staff-level activities.

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Ability to problem solve and develop successful outcomes for complex program and project requirements.
