Job summary

Bowhead Family of Companies seeks a Program Analyst to join our team in Crane, IN, to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center - Crane Division. The role involves maintaining charts, tracking action items, and capturing photos/videos for promotional use.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred), 3–5 years of relevant experience, SharePoint experience, and strong MS Office skills. Candidate must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and obtain Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a Program Analyst or equivalent role required.
• SharePoint experience required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain charts and aid in tracking action items for the contract.
• Capture and edit photos/videos for promotional purposes.
• Communicate with vendors via email, telephone and in person, attending and tracking meeting minutes and developing slides for presentation use.
• Assist in other administrative duties as assigned.
