Job summary

UIC Government Services and the Bowhead Family of Companies in Crane, IN seeks a Program Analyst to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center – Crane Division. The role focuses on maintaining charts, tracking action items, and preparing slides for meetings.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree with 3–5 years of program analytics experience, SharePoint proficiency, video editing skills, and advanced MS Office capabilities. A Secret clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• An Associate’s degree is required at a minimum; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Program Analyst or equivalent.
• SharePoint experience is required.
• Experience with video/camera and editing is required.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and outside contacts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assigned to and assist in other administrative duties as needed.
• Capture and edit photos/videos for promotional purposes.
• Communicate with vendors via email, phone and in person; attend and track meeting minutes and develop slides.
