Responsibilities

  • Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Program Analyst to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools such as Advana Jupiter, SQL, Toad, iQuery, Qlik, Business Objects, and Python. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects, supporting enterprise-level applications and data solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in writing, testing, and maintaining code in Python and SQL.
  • Work with relational databases, query, manipulate, and analyze data for business intelligence and reporting.
  • Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Qlik; optimize data queries with iQuery; utilize Business Objects for reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Document code, systems, and processes for future maintenance and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • MS or MA in Business, Management, or a relevant technical discipline, or BS/BA with 3 years of additional experience, or 5 years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • At least 10 years in program management, technical, or business analysis related to weapon systems acquisition, with 6 years recent experience in analysis and planning.
  • U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance required.
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of NAVAIR flight certification and FMS requirements.
  • Experience with F/A-18 systems, software issues related to sensors and weapons, and systems engineering studies.
  • Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs and F/A-18 avionics background preferred.
  • Skills & Technology:
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English, ability to lead and train teams, customer service orientation, attention to detail, multi-tasking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and general office equipment.
