Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst - PNT to support the Business Management Directorate within the PM PNT organization at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role requires DoD Secret clearance, a relevant degree, and 3+ years of program analysis experience in Army acquisition contexts.

You will work with Army financial systems like PMRT, PDAA, CCaR, MAR and participate in risk identification, strategic planning, and acquisition documentation.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting Army Commands, Capability Program Executive (CPE) or Project Manager (PM) acquisition pathway programs in program analysis or a related function.
• Working knowledge of Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) pathways, Army Acquisition policy (AR 70-1), and Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5000 series.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on assigned tasks while coordinating with senior analysts and other functional staff.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project management environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience using Army financial and program management enterprise applications such as PMRT, PDAA, CCaR, MAR; plus familiarity with GFEBS and ASAALT Live.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and actively participate in PM PNT program/product meetings, including program acquisition/milestone decisions and program management reviews.
• Identify actual and potential programmatic risks and issues and recommend mitigation actions and solutions.
• Interpret acquisition laws, directives, regulations, and policies and provide guidance to product office leadership and functional staff.
• Develop responses to Congressional Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Collaborate with Project, Product, and functional support directorates and staff to provide programmatic information for program objectives and schedules.
• Develop, review, update, and contribute to program acquisition documentation to support milestone decision reviews, acquisition strategies, baselines, test & evaluation strategies, and life cycle sustainment plans.

Credence has an immediate need for a Program Analyst - PNT to support the Business Management Directorate within the Project Manager Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT) organization at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland.

Credence provides administrative, business management, contracting, information technology, program management, engineering, logistics management, test and evaluation, training, operations security, technology protection, foreign military sales, acquisition, and strategic planning services to Army PM PNT.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:

• Prepare for and actively participate in PM PNT program/product meetings, including program acquisition/milestone decisions and program management reviews

Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, education, skills, and overall qualifications.
