Job summary

Bowhead is expanding as part of PMA-275 to support the V-22 Osprey program. The Program Analyst, Journeyman role focuses on driving mission readiness, modernization and disciplined program execution.

The incumbent will analyze requirements, budgets, schedules and status while maintaining PPBES documentation and change control processes. Qualified candidates have a BA/BS (or equivalent substitutions), 3–8 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with AMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or an Associate’s Degree plus two years of relevant experience, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3–8 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Proficient with AMS; familiar with ACAT level programs and PPBES forms.
• Experience managing program/project status, schedules, SOW, and CDRLs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Applies analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budgets and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business-case analyses; handles data related to acquisition and programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules; follows PPBES-based documentation and change-control processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
