Three Saints Bay, LLC is seeking an entry-level Program Analyst-Journeyman to support Bennett Aerospace in Fort Belvoir, VA or Aberdeen, MD. The role handles travel, deployment, timekeeping, onboarding, awards, and other workforce requirements.

This is an on-site position with duties spanning administrative support, documentation, and coordination with government personnel. No prior field experience is required, and strong organizational and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple administrative actions accurately.
• Strong organizational, written communication, and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with Government personnel.
• Experience with government systems like DTS/DATAAPS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process CONUS, OCONUS, and contingency travel requirements through the Defense Travel System (DTS).
• Review travel documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare deployment documentation and enter personnel and travel information into government systems (APACS/PMM).
• Track deploying personnel and verify completion of deployment activities.
• Monitor Government timecards and leave requests in DATAAPS.
• Troubleshoot routine timekeeping issues and generate reports for managers.
• Prepare and process new-hire in-processing forms and coordinate first-week activities.
• Notify stakeholders of new-hire arrival dates and documentation requirements.
• Assist with honorariums, time-off, retirement, and employee recognition awards.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and status reports.
