Job summary

SITEC Consulting, LLC. is seeking a mid-level Program Analyst to support a thriving contract in Southern Maryland. You will work with teams on a mission planning software system and contribute to programmatic planning and analysis within a fast-paced DoD environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Secret clearance and US citizenship, with a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience. Experience with Agile SAFe, scheduling, risk analysis, and briefing materials is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related work experience.
• Secret clearance, US Citizen required.
• Experience with software or DoD platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with teams on a mission planning software system.
• Operate within the Agile SAFe software development framework.
• Learn new technical areas quickly and perform programmatic analysis (planning, scheduling, workload analysis, risk analysis).
• Perform technical analysis and work with SMEs to solve problems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
• Present briefing slides and work collaboratively in person and virtually.
• Travel once every 2–3 months; maintain secret level clearance.
