Job summary

BryceTech is seeking a Program Analyst III to support the Integration Office within a federal CBRND program. This mid-level role focuses on supporting program execution, working with data, and helping leadership make informed decisions.

You’ll collaborate with program leads, cost analysts, technical staff, and other stakeholders to track progress, support cost-estimating activities, and ensure clear communication across multiple teams. An Active Secret Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance required.
• 2–5 years in program analysis, support, or cost/financial analysis.
• Experience with government/defense data and cost-estimating activities.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Track tasks, timelines, deliverables and milestones for daily operations.
• Support Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs) and ACEIT-based cost estimates.
• Maintain cost-estimating data, inputs and supporting documentation.
• Prepare ACEIT-based cost estimates and related program documents.
• Analyze program and cost data to support decision-making.
• Review cost estimates for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Prepare briefings and reports for leadership and customers.
• Develop Excel trackers and tools to monitor cost information.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas and action items.
• Communicate updates, risks and findings to stakeholders.
