Position Overview:
The Program Analyst II will join Global Atlantic’s Institutional business based in Bermuda. This team focuses on deploying capital for reinsurance and acquisition opportunities within the US Insurance Industry, managing over $145 billion of assets to date.

Global Atlantic adheres to pay transparency laws requiring salary disclosures. The company has offices across several locations including Atlanta, Batesville, Bermuda, Boston, Des Moines, Hartford, Indianapolis, and New York City. The base salary range listed reflects the spectrum from the lowest to the highest cost of living locations.
Base salary is determined through external market analysis and is part of a comprehensive compensation package that may include bonuses, long-term incentives, benefits, and other rewards. Actual compensation depends on geographic location, experience, education, licensure, and skill level, and may vary at the time of offer. Senior roles tend to include larger components of bonuses and incentives.
