Job summary

Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) seeks experienced program analysts to provide analytical and consultative services across the project lifecycle for government and commercial programs in ITA.

You will analyze budgets and resources, identify risks, and present actionable recommendations to leadership, coordinating across multiple units to ensure successful outcomes. Minimum of four years in program analysis with federal experience is required, along with a Bachelor’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Min. 4 years of program analysis and project support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with federal program experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and consultative services across all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, software design, system/performance testing, and implementation.
• Analyze and review budget, schedule, and other program resources to ensure project success.
• Identify resource shortfalls, risks, and issues, and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Participate in requirements analysis sessions and ensure integration requirements meet program needs.
• Conduct research, review test results, monitor system testing, and develop actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Develop and present reports detailing findings, risks, and proposed solutions.
• Support continuous improvement by evaluating alternatives and recommending process efficiencies.
• Lead the coordination of a critical program requiring collaboration across multiple units and offices.
• Manage and validate program data and prepare data for senior leadership review.
• Develop and manage new processes that create efficiencies.
