Job summary

The position is temporary, located at 1405 N Church Street, Rocky Mount, NC 27804, with hourly pay of $39.00 based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution and three (3) years progressively responsible experience related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Temporary position with no leave or retirement benefits; HDHP health benefits possible after eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Bring advanced analytical and technical skills to Business Services to improve the way work gets done by supporting key projects
• Improve business processes and implement smart technology solutions
• Work collaboratively with staff across Business Services to find opportunities to simplify complex workflows, improve communication, and better organize information
• Use a structured, data-driven approach
• Focus on making it easier for employees to access tools and resources, automate routine tasks, and improve daily operations
• Act as a primary operational catalyst, driving the adoption of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to automate workflows
• Support leadership by analyzing operational data and conducting rigorous research to inform planning
