Job summary

National Experienced Workforce Solutions in Washington DC seeks a Program Analyst to support the National Park Service program. You will develop an evaluation framework for a federal grant program and drive internal process improvements across multiple functions.

The role requires an MA/MS with 15+ years in policy development or program management, strong data management and visualization skills, and familiarity with Tableau or Power BI. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• MA/MS degree with a minimum of 15 years in policy development, program management or evaluation, process improvement, and/or planning.
• Experience in partnerships is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop an evaluation framework for a federal grant program and contribute to internal process improvement efforts.
• Develop and implement a workplan to create a program evaluation model for a federal grant program that establishes long-term metrics to track performance over time and informs strategic decisions. (40%)
• Advise on internal process improvement projects across program functions, including but not limited to data management, grant application processes, partner outreach, and technical assistance. Coordinate with staff to implement specific recommendations. (30%)
• Coordinate with partners across sectors (interagency, academia, non-profit, etc.) to amplify program impact research. (20%)
• Collaborate with internal staff to create key messaging and communications products based on program impact analyses. (10%)
