Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to support PAC-3 logistics and lifecycle activities. You will work with government offices and partners to align planning with security and operational needs, ensuring readiness across the program lifecycle.

The role requires a current Secret clearance, strong analytical skills, and experience in logistics within defense programs. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with an active Secret security clearance.
• Master’s degree with 2 years relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree with 4 years relevant experience, Associate’s degree with 5 years relevant experience, or High School Diploma with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting air and missile defense programs or related major weapon systems programs.
• Certification in Project Management, Life Cycle Logistics, or defense-related technical fields.
• Extensive knowledge of Office software and database programs.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing an annual inspection program of assets worldwide, drafting plans and memorandums, coordinating equipment movement, and travel.
• Analyze field inspection data and provide detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
• Review, assess, and provide input to Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
• Participate in Integrated Product Team meetings, Working Groups, and Program Reviews to represent logistics interests.
• Develop and maintain administrative processes that reduce redundancy and improve efficiency.
• Travel approximately 30% to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
