Saalex Corp. in Ridgecrest, CA is seeking a Program Analyst to support TARIF operations by tracking projects, budgeting, and generating reports. The role requires strong organizational skills, communication, and the ability to work with government stakeholders.

A bachelor’s degree and DoD-related experience are preferred; active Secret clearance is required. This full-time onsite position offers growth in analytics and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in program or project management, budgeting, financial tracking, or contract administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
• Familiarity with WBS, data reporting, and stakeholder coordination is beneficial but can be developed on the job.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).

Responsibilities

• ProgramTracking & Analysis: Monitor project schedules, deadlines, and milestones.
• Financial & Budget Support: Track financial data related to program execution and assist in budget forecasting.
• Data & Reporting: Develop reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Process Improvement: Streamline workflows and coordinate materials for meetings.
