Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Program Analyst to support the FAA Office of Commercial Space Transportation in Arlington, VA. You will manage files, data, and communications, coordinate meetings, and prepare analyses to inform policy and operations.

The role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a public trust clearance. Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA may substitute for 3 years), and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Power Platform,

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in program management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Master’s degree may substitute for 3 years of experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Federal or DoD public trust clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power BI), Tableau, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support to FAA AST, including file management and scheduling.
• Coordinate meetings, capture notes, and track workload data.
• Prepare data, reports, and analyses for FAA or external stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analyses and develop policy/operational recommendations.
• Manage stakeholder correspondence and data-driven communications.
