This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, headquartered in Washington, District of Columbia.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications:

• Collecting, validating, and analyzing statistical and qualitative program data, including sensitive and personally identifiable information (PII), to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness and support leadership with data-driven decision-making.
• Developing interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and written and oral reports to communicate complex findings and actionable insights to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Managing data systems, databases and reporting processes to ensure data quality, accessibility, security, and compliance with organizational requirements.
• Collaborating with ombuds, audit, or investigative offices, as well as other stakeholders to improve data collection, reporting, and system operations.
