Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Program Analyst Associate to support the Worldwide Field Support PMO at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. You will handle budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and day-to-day program support, coordinating across U.S. and international teams.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, strong MS Office/analytic skills, and U.S. citizenship. Onsite work at APG with travel up to 10% is expected, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or associate with 2+ years relevant experience.
• 3+ years of related admin, program support, operations, finance, or related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams; ability to develop/maintain spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and electronic records; Oracle and SC360 a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical and time-management skills to manage multiple actions, priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to review documentation for completeness/accuracy, maintain records, and follow through on actions.
• Basic understanding of travel, expense reporting, timekeeping, labor charging, and admin financial processes.
• U.S. Citizenship required; Security clearance not required; onsite work at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, auditing and analysis.
• Provide administrative/analytical support for the contract.
• Support PMO in managing, tracking and reporting data.
• Maintain records and documentation; ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
• Participate in ad-hoc/special projects; perform additional duties as assigned.
