In this role, you will provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive advocacy to victims and survivors of crimes committed by youth in OYA’s care and custody, with a focus on ensuring meaningful access for those who primarily speak Spanish. You will help victims understand and exercise their rights, navigate the juvenile justice system, connect with community-based services, and take part in restorative services that support healing.

We welcome applicants whose experience comes from a combination of work, education, volunteer service, and community involvement.
