Job summary

Leonardo DRS in West Plains, MO seeks a Program Analyst to develop plans, schedules, and budgets for large programs, coordinating with customers, vendors and internal teams. You will define requirements, monitor status, and propose changes as needed, with leadership responsibilities on occasion.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

• Develop new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics
• Make recommendations to management on changes as appropriate Assists with proposals efforts
• May provide work leadership for lower level employees
• Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
