The Program Analyst at Arvato supports the continued growth of strategic customer accounts by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing program activities, and serving as a key liaison between customers and internal stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in supporting new business initiatives, value‑added services, and customer‑specific programs while ensuring seamless collaboration across Account Management, Operations, Procurement, Trade, Finance, and external suppliers. The Program Analyst is responsible for driving operational readiness, coordinating customer requirements, supporting commercial activities, and providing analytical insights to ensure successful program execution and continued business growth.
