Job description

Overview

VTG is seeking a Program Analyst to support technical and programmatic requirements related to CALEA (Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act) compliance and lawful intercept/evidence collection processes. The Program Analyst will serve as a liaison between law enforcement and industry partners, including Communications Service Providers (CSPs), to address challenges associated with communications services supporting criminal investigations. This position requires strong analytical, research, budgeting, scheduling, and technical writing skills, along with the ability to support cross-functional program tasks.

What will you do?
  • Provide subject matter expertise on the technical requirements of CALEA and evidence collection processes.
  • Serve as a law enforcement liaison, conducting industry outreach to Communications Service Providers (CSPs) to address challenges associated with communications services supporting criminal investigations.
  • Conduct research and analysis in support of program objectives and mission requirements.
  • Support budget formulation and financial planning activities.
  • Develop schedules and associated project documentation to track program milestones and deliverables.
  • Draft white papers, briefings, and presentations that clearly communicate technical and programmatic information to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Provide programmatic and analytical support across Tasks A, B, and C, as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Collaborate with government and industry stakeholders to ensure program requirements are met.
Do you have what it takes?
  • Must be a US Citizen with a Top Secret clearance.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, including knowledge of the technical requirements of CALEA and evidence collection processes.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a law enforcement liaison and conducting industry outreach to CSPs.
  • Strong background in research and analysis.
  • Experience with budget formulation.
  • Experience developing schedules and project documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience drafting white papers and presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to support multiple concurrent program tasks (Tasks A, B, and C) as defined in the SOW.

VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $66,000-$86,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
