Overview

VTG is seeking a Liaison Specialist to manage projects contributing considerably toward closing the intercept capability gap for state and local law enforcement agencies. This role is 100% onsite in Fredericksburg, VA.

What will you do?

• Build, maintain, and strengthen collaborative relationships between industry partners and the law enforcement community to support information sharing and mission objectives.
• Serve as a trusted liaison by facilitating effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and priorities are met.
• Coordinate meetings, working groups, and outreach activities with Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and other industry partners.
• Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to develop presentations, reports, meeting materials, and stakeholder correspondence.
• Foster partnerships that promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational effectiveness across government and industry.

Do you have what it takes?

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with a Top Secret clearance.
• Have six (6) years of relevant experience in the Communications Service Provider Industry.
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills, be proficient in project management, and able to collaborate and facilitate relationships between industry and the law enforcement community.
• Have a Bachelor Degree in an applicable field or equivalent technical experience.

VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $120,000-$170,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
