Job summary

General Dynamics - IT is seeking a Program Analyst to support Navy customer activities at Point Mugu. This role requires handling complex analytical tasks, schedule coordination, and cost-conscious program management.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS and at least 2 years of experience, with a Secret clearance to start. You will collaborate across teams, contribute to mission-critical programs, and grow through professional development and internal mobility opportunities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Secret clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of complex and analytical tasks in support of a multiple programs, projects and customers.
• Develops plans, budgets and schedules meet program, project, and contractual requirements.
• Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure program, project, and contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
• Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer and contractual requirements.
• Supports the development of business activities.
• Participates in special projects as required.
• Provides guidance, training, and leadership to less-experienced analysts.
