• Managing contract requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, generating contract modifications and conducting contractor performance assessments.
• Tracking contract funding, communicating with budget financial managers, and approving travel requests based on funding availability.
• Communicating information to senior leaders orally, in writing, and through presentation materials.
• Tracking program goals/objectives, milestones of key program events, and evaluating program accomplishments.
• Overseeing Department of War acquisition life cycle processes, policies, procedures and practices to review, analyze, and recommend changes to contracts, schedules, and milestones.

Salary Ranges are the following unless statutory/regulatory rates prevail.

For the Redstone Arsenal, AL Location: $130,987.00 locality 21.91% to $197,200.00 locality 21.91%

For the Fort Belvoir, VA and/or Dahlgren Location: $143,913.00 locality 33.94% to $??197,200.00 locality 33.94% You may qualify at the NH -04 Broadband Level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:

A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade level in the Federal service as listed below and must meet 3 of the 5 specialized experience listed below to be qualified:

• Managing contract requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, generating contract modifications and conducting contractor performance assessments.
• Tracking contract funding, communicating with budget financial managers, and approving travel requests based on funding availability.
• Communicating information to senior leaders orally, in writing, and through presentation materials.
• Tracking program goals/objectives, milestones of key program events, and evaluating program accomplishments.
• Overseeing Department of War acquisition life cycle processes, policies, procedures and practices to review, analyze, and recommend changes to contracts, schedules, and milestones.
