Job summary

ThedaCare is seeking a Part-time Connected for Kids Operational Leader in Neenah, WI to drive pediatric care initiatives across multiple care settings. You will partner with CFK and regional leaders to expand access, improve patient experience, and align resources with board directives.

This role emphasizes collaboration, strategic planning, and operational excellence within Froedtert ThedaCare North region pediatric services, with a 0.5 FTE commitment and a location in Neenah, Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pediatric leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading quality-improvement initiatives in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Connected for Kids operational workflows and quality initiatives.
• Coordinate CFK pediatric care across IP, NICU, Urgent Care, Primary, Specialty, and Surgical services.
• Synthesize CFK goals with organizational structures to enable timely decisions and remove barriers.
• Secure resources across IS, marketing, health literacy, population health, and education to support CFK priorities.
• Represent organization in CFK Quality & Safety and Operations Committees; influence resource allocation.
• Maintain alignment with CFK leadership through weekly huddles and governance tools.

Role Summary

This leader will be integral to CFK success. Partnering with leaders from Children’s Wisconsin, Emplify by Bellin, and Froedtert ThedaCare to fulfill the value proposition of the JOA to create value, expand access to primary care and specialty care, improve experience, and keep care closer to home. This leader will work closely with CFK leaders and CKF committee members from the operations and quality committees. This work will create aligned visibility for operational planning, care delivery, and quality improvement projects throughout the CFK service area of Northeast and Central Wisconsin involving Froedtert ThedaCare North region involving inpatient care, NICU, Urgent Care, Primary Care, Specialty Care, and surgical care. This leader will be accountable for the internal performance of Froedtert ThedaCare pediatric initiatives approved by CFK JOA Board and Froedtert ThedaCare Boards. The aligned initiatives to improve pediatric care are high priority and need dedicated internal leader and connectivity to ensure appropriate resources are aligned to achieve the Board directives.

Job Responsibilities:

• 0.5 FTE Connected for Kids Operational Leader Key Responsibilities


• Manages and oversees implementation of Connected for Kids operational workflows, quality initiatives, and associated processes across their organization’s continuum of pediatric care (IP, NICU,Urgent Care, Primary Care, Specialty Care,Surgical)


• SynthesizesConnected for Kids goals and priorities and makes connections to the appropriate structures/leaders within their organization to enable action, timely decision making, and remove barriersfor clinical and operational teams


• Responsible forsecuring resources within their organizationto directly support approved Connected for Kids priorities and goalsacross the following areas (not exhaustive): IS, marketing, communication, strategy, health literacy, community services and education, population health, quality, data analytics


• Represents their organization within theCFK Quality & Safety Committee and CFK Operations Committee. Influences Impact Team resource allocationwithin their organization, as needed


• Maintains operational alignment with the Connected for Kidsleadership teamthrough weekly huddles, resource management tools, andworkflows for escalation/addressing barriers


• Reporting structure/governance through CFK:Dotted line reporting toConnected for Kids leadership Solid line reporting toFroedtert ThedaCare North region ACO Director of QualityWorks alongside:CFK Clinical Education Program Manager,service line leaders for all pediatric care across theCFKcontinuum

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Pediatric leadership


• Minimum 5 year leading Quality improvement RN or similar clinical degree preferred
