Job summary

Aacres LLC is seeking a Program Administrator to maintain oversight of agency administration and fiscal operations within the community. Your leadership will ensure that our mission and values are consistently implemented in all services.

The ideal candidate will coordinate daily operations of assigned facilities, supervise Direct Support Professionals, and focus on enhancing the self-esteem and autonomy of the individuals we support. A strong commitment to effective communication and staff supervision is essential.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, with a preferred college degree and experience in developmental disabilities.

Job Description

The purpose of this position is to maintain responsibility for agency administration, oversight, and fiscal operation of services in the community. The Program Administrator will provide leadership and management over services to ensure that our Mission and Values are carried out on a consistent basis. The Program Administrator participates as the team leader and coordinates the day‑to‑day operations of the homes or facilities assigned. Supervises the Direct Support Professional staff, Lead Staff and/or Skills Trainers and oversees the completion of each individual's plan of care and treatment. Service provision focuses on maintaining or enhancing the person we support’s self‑esteem, promoting power, choice and autonomy, and teaching functional skills that are alternatives to maladaptive behavior.

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

High School Diploma or GED, college degree in the areas of rehabilitation, psychology, special education, social work, or a related field (preferred), or a minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. One year demonstrated ability to effectively supervise staff in maintaining quality services.
