Job summary

Aacres LLC is looking for skilled individuals to join their Supported Living Programs in Las Vegas. This role involves supporting youths and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home environments. Candidates will facilitate community activities, assist with hygiene and household tasks, and ensure the safety and well-being of individuals.

Job Description

We are currently looking for skilled individuals that meet our company vision and wish to join a team that enhances people’s lives. Below is listed our current opening, however we are always looking for good people to join our direct support staff team.

We have an exciting opportunity for employment with our Supported Living Programs. Aacres provides support to youths and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group or individual home environment.

We have several positions available in the Las Vegas area, both Part Time and Full Time (up to 40 hours per week) or On-Call basis. We provide support 24 hours per day 7 days a week. Staff is expected to be available to work any shift.

Basic Duties Include:

• Facilitate Instruction
• Assist in Household/Yard Maintenance Tasks
• Assist in Personal Hygiene
• Facilitate and Assist in Community Based Activities and Resources
• Facilitate and Assist in Health Appointments
• Supervise and Document Medications
• Work to Ensure Safety and Security of the Individuals we support
• Promote Positive Relationships with Individuals
• Report all Suspected Incidents of Abuse/Neglect
• Maintain Individuals Cash and Program Funds
• Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures
• Maintain Professionalism at all Times
• Respect for Individuals Confidentiality Issues
• Positive Attitude and Demeanor
• Attend all Required Trainings and Maintain any Required Licenses
