Under limited supervision, the Program Administrator II provides operational and complex administrative support to the program. The Program Administrator II coordinates programs to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out following specified objectives and may assist in the development of new or revision of program goals and objectives. The Program Administrator II represents the program in promotional efforts, cross-functional collaboration, prepares detailed program reports, analyzes data, and provides insights for program improvement.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5 years of experience working in a medical or scientific research setting or comparable technology-oriented business environment required; of which 2 years must be in a program coordination /administration role.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes, may lead or supervise program administrative staff.

The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
