Reporting to the Manager of Professional Programs, the Program Administrator leads and directs a portfolio of continuing and professional education programs, holding full ownership of vision, strategic direction, and end-to-end product development. This is a role that combines strategic authority with hands‑on execution: the Program Administrator sets the direction not only for current programs, but for the future evolution of the portfolio, translating market intelligence and industry trends into high-impact learning products that serve professionals and drive organizational growth.

Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization, for an assigned portfolio of continuing and professional education programs, applying adult learning principles and design best practices. Responsibilities include:

$65,000 + depending on qualifications

Regular staff who have been employed in their current position for the last six continuous months are eligible for openings being recruited for through University-Wide or Open Recruiting, to include both promotional opportunities and lateral transfers. The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
