Responsibilities

  • Develops, maintains, and provides regular reports to program managers and directors.
  • Prepares monthly billing reports for funding sources and analyzes grant spending progress.
  • Maintains and inputs program budgets in Intacct for reporting.
  • Assists in contract renewals and grant applications budgets.
  • Supports program reviews and grant closeouts.
  • Coordinates accurate coding of contract expenses with staff.
