Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive profitability and cost control in a Wind-based FP&A role. You will analyze P&L, connect GL data for accurate forecasting, and guide cross-functional teams in decision-making.

Responsibilities include leading small projects, developing performance metrics, and supporting weekly/monthly closes with clear stakeholder communication. Requires US work authorization and 5+ years experience in USA roles.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in Finance & Income Statement for roles outside the USA.
• Bachelor's degree (or high school with experience) for non-USA roles.
• Bachelor's degree or high school with min 5 years experience for USA roles.
• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience for USA roles.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to lead programs/projects.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Established project management skills.
• For U.S.-based positions, legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Track Orders, Backlog, Revenue, and Margin (CM) within Wind.
• Partner with P&L and functional leaders.
• Conduct analyses of key P&L lines and develop understanding of Income Statement KPIs.
• Develop knowledge of Data Requests, SAM Process, FP&A Masterfiles, and Profit Walks.
• Analyze performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cost control.
• Support weekly pacing, closings, and monthly financial data reporting.
• Connect GL to the ledger to achieve accurate forecasting and pacing models.
• Solve problems and create or improve financial processes.
• Monitor development and support technical and analytical decision-making.
• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
• Lead small, low-risk projects.
• Explain information and help team members reach consensus.
• Prioritize information for data analysis and make decisions using internal and limited external sources.
