• Review job cost, status, manpower, and change orders monthly to reflect profitability.
• Communicate and troubleshoot with project staff and General Contractors; coordinate with other departments.
• Coordinate manpower and equipment for each job and oversee buyout, closeouts, and change orders.
• Attend weekly job-site visits and meetings; ensure proper setup, contract review, and schedule of values.
