Job summary

TD Bank in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking a Business Insights Specialist to deliver profitability analytics for consumer banking products. You will analyze curated DataMarts, partner with business leaders, and present actionable insights with supporting collateral and visuals.

You will apply strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling to drive growth, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic decisions across analytics, insights and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Strong profitability analysis for consumer banking products.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics with data visualization and storytelling.
• Experienced in financial analysis and financial model-building with strong technical skills (Excel, VB, Power BI) Some coding a plus: SAS, SQL, PySpark, Python.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft co-pilot.

Responsibilities

• Leads interpretation of complex business issues, generates multifaceted insights and identifies opportunities to help drive business growth or address business/enterprise needs
• Presents and communicates generated insights and recommended business actions to stakeholders/business leaders in an easily digestible manner, leveraging tools/techniques/methods to produce a variety of visualizations/presentations that fit the audience
• Acts as the primary interface with business to bridge and translate business requirements to analytics and reporting needs for a given domain/business
• Applies collaborative and strong stakeholder management approach to constructively influence and persuade stakeholders and partners where appropriate
• Serves as an authority on a given business domain and provides business expertise to place context around analytics discovery and inform recommendations
• Escalates data/process related problems and communicates to relevant teams in a timely manner and makes recommendations for resolution
• Provides day-to-day support and delivery of analytics
