Job summary

TD's Finance – Decision Science team seeks a Business Insights Specialist to deliver profitability analytics and actionable insights for US Consumer products. You will partner with business leaders to present insights and develop collateral to drive growth, leveraging data foundations and advanced visualization tools.

The role focuses on end-to-end analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and business cases, supported by Excel, Power BI, SAS/SQL and coding

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in profitability analysis for consumer banking products.
• Proven ability to communicate complex analytical findings through effective data visualization and compelling business storytelling.
• Experienced at financial analysis and financial model-building with strong technical skills (Excel, VB, Power BI). Some coding a plus: SAS, SQL, PySpark, Python.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft co-pilot

Responsibilities

• Leads on the interpretation of complex business issues, generates multifaceted insights and identifies opportunities to help drive business growth or address business/enterprise needs.
• Presents and communicates generated insights and recommended business actions to stakeholders, leveraging visualizations and presentations.
• Acts as the primary interface with business to translate analytics requirements into reporting needs for a given domain.
