Qualifications

• Strong heavy highway or DOT project experience.
• Experience managing self-perform civil work.
• Solid grasp of production, job cost, forecasting, and schedule.
• Experience leading project teams and working closely with Superintendents.
• Track record of running profitable work, not just administering it.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage highway/DOT projects from inception to closeout.
• Coordinate production, crews, cost, and schedule to maximize profitability.
• Lead project teams and partner with field leadership to keep projects moving.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and client expectations while achieving profit targets.
