Qualifications

• Business Management degree orRental Industry experience (1 year) OR 3–4 years of Rental Industry experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of P&L and financial controls.
• Experience in outside sales or negotiation/influencing
• Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful.

Responsabilités

• Overall responsibility for the performance of a multi-million dollar revenue business.
• Lead a team to drive sales, service, and logistics.
• Oversee Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance and Logistics.
• Provide operational and financial reporting for the unit.
