Although Hajoca is a large organization, each location operates as a decentralized Profit Center, managed as a small business by the Profit Center Manager. Each Profit Center typically includes a warehouse, counter, sales office, and sometimes a showroom. These centers operate under unique trade names, offering tailored business approaches to suit local markets.

Weinstein Supply is one of these trade names, seeking a Profit Center Manager for its West Chester, PA location.

About the Role:

You will:

  • Plan, direct, and oversee all operations of the Profit Center to ensure profitability.
  • Achieve sales, gross profit, market share, and profit sharing targets by recruiting, developing, and managing the team.
  • Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback.
  • Establish sales goals for targeted customer accounts and hold sales staff accountable.
  • Maintain top performance in key indicators such as Gross Profit %, Net Salaries Ratio, and Return on Investment.
  • Analyze financial reports to develop strategies for increasing sales and margins, and managing expenses.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and build community relationships to grow market share.
  • Follow company policies, maintain a safe work environment, and safeguard assets.
  • Complete safety and compliance training as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

About You:

  • College degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 5 years of sales and service experience.
  • Over 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Product knowledge relevant to the market is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and sound business judgment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Ability to foster a positive team environment and build relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and adjust business plans accordingly.
  • Ability to operate business-related computer systems and communicate effectively in English.
