Job summary

AHF Products is seeking a Profile Operator to safely run SPC Profile production lines, set up equipment, monitor performance, and ensure products meet specifications and quality standards on the shop floor. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will verify orders, materials, profiles, packaging, and labeling, perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Experience with SPC flooring or profile production a plus.
• Basic computer and inventory transaction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, start up, monitor, and shut down profile lines per SOPs.
• Set up line based on orders, SKUs, and packaging.
• Verify correct materials, orders, colors, and labels.
• Monitor line performance and product quality during shift.
• Record production data and report downtime or scrap.
• Follow safety policies and PPE; maintain clean work area.
