The Keck School of Medicine (KSOM) of USC, in collaboration with the Department of Pediatrics and the Department of Anesthesiology Critical Care Medicine (ACCM) at Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), seeks a full-time, board-certified physician leader for the position of Department Chair of Anesthesiology Critical Care Medicine at CHLA. The academic rank will be as a Full Professor of Anesthesiology.

**Position Description:** The Chair will oversee faculty activities, clinical care, research, and education, providing strategic leadership and fostering departmental growth.

**Responsibilities:** Leadership in clinical, research, and educational initiatives; team building; program development; financial management; quality assurance; faculty recruitment and evaluations; and representing the department at institutional levels.
**Requirements:** Board certification in Anesthesiology and Pediatric Anesthesiology; minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a large academic pediatric setting; commitment to faculty development; licensure in California or eligibility.
**Compensation:** Salary range $650,000 - $775,000, with a comprehensive benefits package. Final salary depends on experience and qualifications.
