Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston is seeking a Full Professor at Harvard Medical School for a tenure-track position. The successful candidate will lead a research program, contribute to teaching, and mentor students.
A PhD, MD, or MD/PhD is required along with a strong record of research productivity and funding. This position offers a competitive salary range from $200,000 to $450,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Dana‑Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) invites applications for a full‑time tenured faculty position at the rank of Full Professor at Harvard Medical School (HMS). This position is located in Boston and the surrounding communities. Candidate will be housed at DFCI and appointed at HMS in one of the following departments: Cell Biology, Immunology, Systems Biology, or Biological Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology.
The successful candidate is expected to maintain a vigorous, externally funded research program, provide scientific leadership within the department, and contribute to the training of graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and medical/health professions students. The candidate will also teach graduate and/or medical students and participate in departmental and institutional service at DFCI and HMS.

The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and qualifications. For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). $200,000.00 – $450,000.00
