Job Description:
  • We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Specialist to join the Corporate Digital Content Management Team.
  • This role supports website content management and digital campaigns, with a specific focus on the Medicare 2026 Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) site content and quality assurance (QA).
  • The contractor will collaborate closely with the team and manager, working independently on daily priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and implement content within public-facing websites using content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Sitecore.
  • Perform ongoing website updates and execute QA for accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with other Digital Communication Specialists to prioritize daily tasks and ensure timely, high-quality content delivery.
  • Support digital campaign initiatives and public site enhancements aligned with brand changes and Medicare AEP requirements.
  • Ensure work meets internal standards for timeliness and quality, while being responsive and communicative via Teams.

Must Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital communications or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in CMS tools – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Sitecore (3+ years).
