Alignerr is seeking a professional Italian voice actor to record expressive audio for AI training. This fully remote hourly contract requires a strong Italian voice, a quality home studio, and reliable delivery on schedule.

You will also evaluate AI-generated Italian speech, provide actionable feedback, and help refine scripts for natural-sounding outputs. The role offers freelance autonomy with task-based work from a flexible home setup.

Professional Voice Actor – Italian (AI Training)

What You'll Do

• Record clear, expressive Italian-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional authenticity
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve synthesized voice outputs
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work
• Native or near-native fluency in Italian
• Equipped with a large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
• Naturally attuned to nuance in tone, clarity, pacing, and pronunciation
• Comfortable evaluating spoken language quality with a critical, trained ear

Nice to Have

• Experience with voice direction, script analysis, or vocal coaching
• Familiarity with audio editing software or digital audio workstations (DAWs)
• Exposure to AI voice tools, text-to-speech systems, or speech evaluation workflows
• Knowledge of regional Italian dialects or pronunciation variations
