Alignerr Corp. seeks a professional Italian voice actor to record expressive Italian audio for AI training. You will evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow and pronunciation, and provide detailed feedback to improve synthesized voices.

This fully remote, flexible hourly contract requires a native or near-native Italian speaker with a good recording setup. Ideal candidates are experienced in voice work, comfortable with feedback loops, and able to work asynchronously on their own schedule.

What You'll Do

• Record clear, expressive Italian-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional authenticity
• Deliver detailed, actionable feedback to improve the quality of synthesized voice outputs
• Review scripts and recommend adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance audio work
• Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural, idiomatic speech
• Equipped with a large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
• Attuned to nuance — you notice subtle differences in tone, pacing, and pronunciation
• No prior AI or tech experience required
