Sedgwick County seeks a dedicated driver to provide ramp and/or lift accessible passenger transportation in a safe, professional and timely manner. You will transport passengers from origin to destination, drive specialized vehicles, and ensure compliance with traffic laws and DOT regulations; a valid Kansas driver’s license and DOT medical card are required.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, two years passenger driving, and a current DOT physical; preferred include three

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years passenger driving or equivalent experience.
• Valid Kansas driver’s license with no restrictions and current insurance.
• DOT physical exam medical card required.

Responsabilités

• Provide ramp and/or lift accessible passenger transportation in a safe, professional and timely manner.
• Transport passenger from origin to destination.
• Drive specialized vehicles and comply with traffic laws and DOT/FTA regulations.
• Submit required documentation and vehicle inspections as needed.
