Transactions Process

• Assist clients’ in managing their lease and owned real estate portfolio with a high focus on retail transactions
• Facilitate lease renewals from LOI to execution or exercise of renewal options
• Participate in the marketing efforts for various 3rd party dispositions
• Work with JLL technology tools to customize reports, dashboards, and analytics specific to account team usage
• Review lease documents, write and understand lease summaries and run key lease criteria reviews.
• Manage critical dates.
• Actively monitor progress of assigned transactions as well as those of direct reports
• Keep clients abreast of the latest JLL research
• Evaluate client building alternatives
• Interface with the market, landlords and other brokers on proposals and tours
• Evaluate lease and purchase options
• Track and report on transactions using JLL proprietary technology
• Property showings
  

Financial Analysis

• Prepare detailed analysis, including NPV cash flows
• Financial modeling
• Note: robust financial analytical experience is not a requirement
  

Due Diligence

• Review, understand and abstract complex real estate documents as part of the team’s due diligence process
• Write lease summaries and abstracts
  

Reporting

• Updating reports, presentations, and analyses with team and clients
• General ad hoc reporting as needed to support transaction activities
• General team organization

Estimated total compensation for this position:

80,000.00 – 100,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
