Your role in our mission
  • Work with Provider Training team to assemble a high-impact and wide-reaching curriculum of in-person seminars, events, eLearning modules, webinars, and other learning offerings.
  • Deliver internal training, client trainings, and trainings to our clients’ audience in the healthcare industry, and perform needs analysis as appropriate to determine training needs.
  • Create and edit engaging learning activities and course content using a variety of authoring tools, including Articulate 360 and MS Office tools.
  • Gather, review, and analyze course evaluations and seminar schedules to determine the effectiveness of training sessions. Prepare recommendations and reports to senior level personnel, clients, and/or management.
  • Participate in the development, updating, and delivery of a comprehensive annual Training Plan that covers staff and client/member/provider training available with a training calendar that adjusts monthly based on client feedback, proactive support findings, policy changes, and other opportunities to improve.
What we're looking for
  • Medicaid and MITA Expertise: Knowledge of Medicaid processes, systems, and MITA, covering key areas such as provider enrollment, maintenance, and credentialing processes.
  • Business and Technical Skills: Strong business analysis, research, and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and address system issues, paired with technical savvy and familiarity with Visio and process modeling.
  • Training and Presentation Skills: Skilled in both in-person and virtual training, with experience in adult learning, classroom facilitation, and delivering technical concepts effectively.
  • Content Creation and Documentation: Background in technical writing and documentation, with expertise in video creation and editing (Camtasia, Articulate, Captivate) and 508 compliance for accessibility.
  • Communication and Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of leading presentations, facilitating stakeholder sessions, and maintaining clarity in complex discussions.
  • Requirement Management: Proficient in requirements analysis, capturing, and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle, and familiar with product-based implementations.

  • This is a fully remote position.

The pay range for this position is $48,300 - $69,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
