Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions to diverse audiences.
• Facilitate virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training programs.
• Adapt training methods to different learning styles.
• Collaborate with instructional designers on training materials.
• Provide post-training support and evaluate training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a corporate trainer or facilitator.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and training technology skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with training transformation projects or system launches is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for supporting new launches.

Role Expectations

• Full-time, salaried position with benefits starting day 1.
• Monday to Friday schedule, with up to 25% travel.
