About the Role:
As a Professional Stylist at emlovz, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the personal style journey and driving the vision of creating a transformative experience for our clients. emlovz, through its services Relationships Decoded and Dating Decoded, is on a mission to redefine relationship and style education and become a lifestyle brand, creating a space where individuals not only gain knowledge but also embark on a journey of personal growth and self-expression.

In this dynamic position, you will provide styling advice to individuals, helping them navigate their personal style and achieve their aesthetic and relational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group styling sessions with individuals, providing guidance and support in their personal style journey.
• Develop personalized styling plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
• Track client progress and adjust styling strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars on various fashion and style topics.
• Collaborate with the emlovz team to continuously improve styling practices and enhance the overall client experience.
• Contribute to the development of the Relationships Decoded and Dating Decoded curriculums by sharing insights and feedback from styling sessions.
• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest fashion and styling techniques and trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in professional styling, fashion consulting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, personal style dynamics, and effective styling strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain a trusting, supportive relationship with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high degree of accountability.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Certification in fashion styling, image consulting, or a related field is a plus.
